Ingredients
- Leftovers from an Asian dish (my favourite is using up chicken stir-fry)
- Large wraps
- Mixed leaf salad mix
- Sundried tomato strips
- Sliced cheese (any variety)
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
- Lay wrap flat and place two slices or cheese in the centre
- Add a few generous spoonfuls of your leftover Asian dish on top of the cheese
- Place a large handful of salad mix on top of the other fillings
- Add several sundried tomato strips on the centre
- Squirt a generous amount of Kewpie Mayo across all of the filings
- Fold in the two ends and then the two sides of the wrap to encase all of the fillings
- Toast in a sandwich maker until the wrap is lightly browned and the edges are crispy.
- Serve with extra Kewpie Mayonnaise for dipping.
