- Chicken breast / Lee Kum Kee ready sauce for Lemon Chicken
- Dip diced chicken in egg and cornflour. Fry in hot oul 4 mins. Remove from pan. Pour off excess oil. Add frozen stir fry vegetables to pan. Cook 2 mins. Add chicken and sauce. Serve with rice or noodles.
