- Cut chicken breast into small pieces before dipping in egg and coating with cornflour.
- Shallow fry chicken in fry pan with oil and turn over after a few minutes
- Remove chicken from pan and cook sliced capsicum until softened
- Add cooked chicken back to pan and add Lee Kum Kee Lemon chicken sauce to pan and mix.
- Serve with rice and vegetables
