Lenise’s hot n spicy chicken

Ingredients

• Fresh garlic and chilli
• 1tsp olive oil
• 400g chicken maryland ( cut up)
• ABC sweet ketchup
• Salt and pepper

Method

1. Cut up chicken and coat with salt n pepper.Dice fresh garlic and chilli
2. To make marinade combine ABC sauce with garlic and chilli..MARINADE OVERNIGHT!!
3. Air fryer for 20-25 minutes
