Ingredients
- 100g smoked salmon, rolled lengthways
- 2 cups mix slaw (carrot + cabbage)
- 1 green apple, julienned
- 2 cups salty crisps
- Handful coriander, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Ponzu dressing
- 2 tbsp toasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Method
- Chop green apple into matchsticks — soak in lightly salted water to prevent browning
- Roll salmon and chop coriander
- In a large platter, place salmon in the centre. Around the salmon, add piles of slaw, apple, crisps and coriander
- Top with toasted peanuts, sesame seeds and the sesame oil
- Drizzle with ponzu dressing, then toss salad (with your friends for extra prosperity!) — add more dressing to taste
