Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori
- S&B wasabi
- Obento rice wine vinegar
- Salmon sashimi
- Lobster tail
- Kewpie mayo
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Salad onion
- Cucumber
- Sriracha
Method
- Rinse and cook sushi rice for 12 mins
- To make lobster salad, boil lobster for 8 mins. Then, mince it up with 1/8 cup sriracha, kewpie mayo, sesame oil,
- Slice the salmon sashimi
- Lay yaki nori on a bamboo sushi roller. Lay thin layer of cooked rice and add lobster salad with cucmber to one roll and in separate roll add salmon with avocado.
- Slice sushi roll evenly to thinness of liking
- For nigiri, make little oval ball of rice and lay on thin strip of nori. Layer avocado and salmon on top and wrap nori over the top. Drizzle mayo over top and add thin sliced onion
- Plate up with wasabi and soy sauce. Yum!
