- golden curry
- chicken
- onion
- carrot
- potato
- oil
- water
- steamed rice
Method
- steam rice in rice cooker.
- in a large pot, take a tbs of oil and cook on a medium heat: chopped carrot, onion, chicken, potato. cook for 5mins.
- add enough water to cover ingredients in pot and bring to a boil.
- add golden curry to the pot and stir until disdolved
- return to a simmer and cover with a lid. cook for 15mins or until sauce thickens
- serve up with rice. enjoy!
