Ingredients
- 1 L chicken stock
- 1 skinless chicken fillet, cubed
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 1 Corn, cut into 5 equal size
- 5 fish tofu
- 5 Mushroom, sliced
- 1 can Val omg bamboo shoot slice
- 3 brunches mee sua (Mian xian)
Method
- Boiled the chicken stock, then slowly add in chicken fillet, Carrot, corn, fish tofu, Mushroom and boiled around 30 minutes until corn and Carrot are tender.
- Add in Valcom bamboo shoot and mee sua, cooked for 5 minutes until noodle is tender.
- Dish up to a bowl and served with hard boiled egg.
