Ingredients
- Bamboo shoot slices
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- fungus,
- carrots
- Snow peas
- Garlic
- 1 tbsp soy bean sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Method
- Blanched all vegetables for 1-2 mins. Then flushed with cold water. Strained and put aside.
- In a small pan, heat 1tbsp of oil. Put garlic slices.
- Put in all blanched vegetables once the colour of garlic slightly turned.
- Stir fry all vegetables.
- Put in the rest of the seasonings. Keep stir frying for another 2 mins.
- Garnishing a little bit sesame oil right before finishing.
