Ingredients
- 3 x Obento Yaki Nori sheets
- 1 cup uncooked sushi rice
- 185g tin tuna in oil
- 1/4 cucumber cut into thin batons
- 2 tsp Sushi seasoning
- Squirt 50% fat Kewpie mayo
Method
- Cook your sushi rice according to packet instructions. Once cooked add your sushi seasoning and fluff. Allow to cool.
- Once the rice is cooled, lay out your sushi mat and place 1 nori sheet on the mat shiny side down.
- Spread 1/3 of your rice evenly over your nori sheet leaving a 2cm gap at the short end of the sheet.
- Lay out your tuna and cucumber along the centre of the rice.
- Rollup your sushi with the help of the sushi mat and seal along the seam.
- Slice down the middle into two rolls or into small slices. Place into your lunchbox and enjoy at school where you will be the envy of all your friends.
