Ingredients
- 300g Pork Mince
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee mala sauce
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Method
- Mix the above ingredients expect for the mala sauce and spring roll wrappers
- Roll up the spring wrapper and thingy slice them
- Roll the pork mixture into small meatballs
- Roll the meatballs into the thingy sliced spring
- Heat up some oil and deep fried until cooked
- On a plate, spread some mala sauce and put the deep fried wonton on top, garnish and serve!
