- 200g diced pork2 cans coconut cream 2 cups coconut milk2 cups chicken stock4 sprigs spring onion diced3 boo choy split1 capsicum cut in splits1 Jar Laksa paste
- 1. Heat stock, coconut milk and coconut cream in a saucepan. Once simmering add laksa paste.2. Fry pork with tbsp oil in fry pan until cooked. Add to simmering laksa soup pot.3. Add remaining vegetables and let it cool for 15 minutes. Stirring regularly on a low-medium heat.
