- Chicken, Mango, lettuce, Bok Choy, Red onion, egg, apple, garlic, sesame seeds &chia seeds for sprinkle on top.
- 2tbs Abc Soy sauce, 2tbs peanut butter, 2 tsp yeo's sesame oil, 2tsp kewpie mayonnaise
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces. Cut mango and in a bowl mix mango with fork until smooth stir in soy 1tsp Abc soy sauce add in sliced clove of garlic. Heat pan with oil and stir-fry chicken until brown add in prepared mango sauce. Cook through until chicken is glossy. Prepare bowl with lettuce and spinach leaves. Cook bok-choy and whole egg in boiled water. Place bok Choy over lettuce. Cut egg in half. Prepare Dipping sauce... Mix kewpie mayonnaise, sesame oil, peanut butter and tsp soy sauce in bowl. Spoon out yolk of egg and spoon dipping sauce into cooked egg. Cut red onion apple and carrot and place in prepared salad bowl. Add chicken and left over kewpie Mayonnaise.
