Ingredients
- Tofu, dobanjiang, garlic, ginger, pork mince
- 450gm tofu, 3 tbsp dobanjiang, 2 garlic cloves, 150g pork, 2 tsp ginger
- 450g tofu
Method
- Fry garlic, ginger, pork mince. When pork is cooked, add doubanjiang, add tofu and cornstarch.
- Simmer for 3 minutes with tofu
- When sauce is thickened, serve with spring onion
