Marinated Barbecued Chicken Breast

Ingredients

• 1kg of chicken breast skin off
• Olive oil
• Obento Teriyaki Marinade
• Kewpie mayonnaise

Method

1. Preheat the BBQ grill or plate.Slice the chicken breasta into half or which ever sizes you desire lay in a tray.
2. Pour over 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 cup of Obento Teriyaki Marinade over the chicken, and coat each piece thoroughly.Marinade covered in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
3. Remove chicken and place on BBQ and cookI top my chicken and salad with some Kewpie mayonnaise., and served mine with a garden salad.The kids love this one.
