
Ingredients
- 1KG Chuck Steak
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- X4 Yellow Potatoes
- X1 Lime
- X1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
- X1 Authentic Thai Massaman Curry Paste
Method
- Chop the potatoes 🥔 and fry it with Garlic with some oil.
- Add the beef into the mix once it has been fried. Once the beef has browned at the curry paste
- Add the coconut milk with one lime and table table spoon of sugar simmer until sauce thickens.
