- TCC lite Coconut milk, Massaman curry paste, vegetables of your liking (potato, pumpkin, capsicum, broccoli), Can of lentils (extra goodness - fills you up for longer) Fish sauce, crushed tomatoes, Chilli (pack in the heat) Garlic, and Love
- Cut up any vegetables you like and put aside, Heat oil in pot and cook onion Add crushed garlic, fresh chilli and massamum curry paste - cook for 2 minutes.Add coconut milk (light if you want the less cals) Bring to boil Add in root vegetables first (longest cooking time) Then slowly add the rest broccoli, capsicum then lentils lastReduce heat and cool unt vegetables are tenderAnd a teaspoon of sugar to tastes and a table spoon or so of fish sauce Top with Thai basil Good to go!!
