Ingredients
- Oil for cooking
- Dark soy sauce
- Chill flakes or fresh chili
- 1 tin of water chestnuts
- 1 tin baby corn spears
- 1 carrot
- Ginger (fresh or powdered)
- Lettuce cups
- Vegan mince
- Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
Method
- Heat oil in pan (I used garlic and chili infused oil for flavour)
- Add in vegetables to soften for a few minutes
- Add in meat free mince for 4 minutes
- Once cooked serve in lettuce cups and add additional chili to serve
