Ingredients
- 2x mi goreng packets
- 3 Woolworths beef and honey sausages
- 1 table spoon of sesame oil
- 1 table spoon of kecup manis
- 1 bok choy
- 1 zucchini
- 4 spring onion
- Laoganma to taste
Method
- Chop bol choy, spring onion and zucchini, heat a pan on low heat, add sesame oil and cook sausage. After three minutes add bok choy and zucchini. Cook for 10 minutes stirring.
- Next add spring onion and kecap manis. In another pot cook two packets of mi goreng indomie. Follow indomie instructions. Once cooked stir into other pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Add laoganma and serve
