Ingredients
- Fresh noodle
- 3 tbsp rice bran oil
- 100 gr chicken
- 5 fish ball
- 10 cocktail prawn
- 1 carrot cut into matchstick
- 100 gr broccoli
- 4 garlic
- Half onion
- 2 tbsp kecap manis ABC
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce
- Dash of white pepper
- Fried shallot for extra aromat
Method
- Sautee garlic with 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Then put all the veggies and protein and stir fry till half cook and put it aside
- Combine all the sauce
- Stir fry noodle with 2 tbsp oil until heated through and pour the sauce in. Stir until combine through. When you can smell the fragrance stir the cooked veggies in and mix them with medium heat until everything cooked through.
