Ingredients
- Oil
- 2 eggs
- 200g ramen noodles (cooked according to instructions)
- 1/2 brown onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
- 1 cup cabbage coleslaw mix
- 80ml Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Spring onion to garnish (Chopped)
Method
- Heat oil in a large pan on medium-low heat. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then pour the eggs into the pan and tilt the pan so the egg is evenly spread. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the omelette from the pan and cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Heat additional oil in the same pan on medium-high heat. Fry off the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, until translucent.
- Add the cabbage coleslaw mix and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked ramen, Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing and omelette to the pan. Mix together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
