Ingredients
- Baguette, ham, cucumber, coriander, carrot
- Potato wedges
- Kupie mayonnaise
- Pickled vegetables in rice wine vinegar and sugar
Method
- Make a quick pickle of rice wine vinegar and sugar. Seal sliced cucumber and carrot in the pickle and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Cook frozen wedges as per package directions
- Assemble banh mi with meat and pickled vegetables
- Top with coriander and Kupie mayonnaise
