Ingredients
- Carrot
- Potato
- Onion
- Miso paste
- Rice
- Chicken schnitzel
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Cut vegetables into similar size cubes. Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add veggies and Sautee for 5 minutes. Add your miso paste and stir. Add water to fill the pot so all veggies are submerged. Simmer until veggies are tender. Slowly break in Golden Curry Hot cubes and mix dissolve. Turn off heat.
- Meanwhile, cook your rice in a rice cooker.
- Add oil to a pan heat on medium to high heat. Once hot, cook your schnitzel until golden brown on both sides
