Ingredients
- Protein of choice: I used air fried fish goujons
- Red cabbage - shredded
- Green cabbage - shredded
- Spinnach
- Sushi seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Soy sauce - reduced salt
- Miso paste
- Black sesame seeds
- Fresh or crushed ginger
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Prep, microwave or airfry protein of choice. I airfried two fish goujons for 11 minutes
- Add all vegetables/salad to bowl.
- To make the dressing, mix well: sugar, sushi seasoning, ginger paste, miso paste, soy sauce and sesame seeds - drizzle over vegetables.
- Add protein to salad bowl and drizzle with kewpie mayonnaise.
