Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 kg beef mince
- Kecap Manis 4 tbsp
- Frozen mixed vegetables 200g
- 2 large onions
- 1 whole garlic, minced
- Singapore style noodles, 400g
Method
- In large pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Cook beef mince until browned
- Add garlic and onions, saute for 3 minutes
- While cooking mince, boil noodles according to packet
- Once onions and garlic are done, add frozen vegetables and kecap manis. Stir occasionally for 15 minutes.
- Drain noodles, and add to pan. Add more kecap manis if needed.
