- Finely chop ginger, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves2. Flash fry in hot vegetable oil in wok + add chopped chicken3. When mostly cooked through add soy + sweet chilli sauce until cooked through, set aside4. Flash fry vegetables in hot oil in wok, add one cup water, cover and steam a few minutes5.
