Ingredients
- 500g Turkey MinceOil500g Ramen Noodles
- 4 Garlic Cloves Carrot & Cauliflower Chopped Spring Onion (handful chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce1/4 Tamari Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Method
- Heat oil and brown turkey mince.Meanwhile cook noodles as per packet instructions.
- Combine sauce ingredients and whisk together in jug.
- Drain excess grease from mince then back to the pot with garlic, carrots and cauliflower, heat through.
- Add sauce mixture and heat through.
- Add noodles to pot and stir altogether.
- Serve with Spring Onions on top as a garnish.
