- Moringa (Drumstick) pods x 2
- Onion x 1/2
- Turmeric powder x 1/4tsp
- Fenugreek seeds x ~10
- Curry leaves
- Coconut milk
- Cinnamon piece
- Clean and cut Moringa sticks.
- Include ingredients into a small pot except salt.
- Start cooking with light coconut milk with low temperature.
- After 10 minutes, add more coconut milk to cover Moringa sticks and add salt to taste.
- Leave it to boil 7 minutes , then have a nice Moringa Curry!!!
