Ingredients
- Melt 50gr butter add chopped french shallots plus garlic
- 300 ml white wine
- 1kg mussels
Method
- Melt butter add chopped shallots and garlic and wine.
- Bring to boil, add mussels and steam 8 minutes
- Serve with chips with mayo and baguette
