- 1/2 cup of basmati rice
- Olive oil spray
- ABC Sweet soya sauce to your taste
- Sweet chilli sauce to your taste
- light soya sauce to your taste
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 can of Spam
- 2 eggs
- Your favourite mixed vegetables
Method
- Cook Basmati Rice in a microwave oven appropriate pot for 12 minutes on high
- On top of the cooked ride, 1/2 onion sliced, garlic, ginger and your favourite vegetables, mix together, spray with olive oil and cook for 10 minutes on high
- Push the cooked vegetable to the side of the pot on top of the cooked rice, making a space in the middle, stir the 2 eggs with the other 1/2 sliced onion, spray olive oil and cook for 10 minutes on high
- Cut the spam into bite sizes while the egg mixture is cooking
- Mix everything together in the pot breaking up the cooked egg mixture, with the light soya sauce, ABC Sweet soya sauce and sweet chilli sauce to your taste
- Time to enjoy eating!
