Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo, measured with your heart.
- Quarter of a capsicum diced
- Quarter of a cucumber diced
- Handful of shredded cheese measured with your heart
- 2 cups cooked and drained pasta
- 4 hard boiled eggs roughly chopped
- Handful of diced bacon lightly fried
- Squirt of Ceasar dressing for extra flavour
Method
- Boil, drain and add a little neutral oil to your pasta. pasta, boil eggs then peel and roughly chop and fry bacon.
- Dice cucumber and capsicum
- Add everything in your bowl, add lid and shake it up.
- You can literally add anything you like to this to make it to your liking but the kewpie with a little Caesar dressing is the sauce that makes this dish delicious.
