Murshroom- seafood noodle Tom Yum

Ingredients

• Valcom Tom Yum paste
• Seafood marinara 300 gr
• 4 Swiss brown mushrooms
• 1 red onion
• 1/2 capsicum
• Noodles

Method

1. Boil the water and add the paste
2. Roughly chop the vegetables
3. Add the seafood marinara and vegetables to the boiled water and the noodles
4. Cook for 7 minutes until ready
5. When ready serve with coriander
