Ingredients
- 200g Chicken
- 3 tbsp abc sweet soy Kecap manis
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion chopped
- 2 spring onions
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1tsp Chilli flakes
- 4 fried eggs
- 1tbsp oil
- 2 cups Cooked rice
Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat
- Add chilli flakes and garlic, stir for 10 seconds.Add onion, cook for 1 minute
- Add chicken, cook until it mostly turns white
- Then add 1 tbsp kecap manis and cook for a further 1 minute or until chicken is mostly cooked through and a bit caramelised
- Add rice, 2 tbsp kecap manis. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes until sauce reduces down and rice grains start to caramelise .
- Serve with cucumber slices, Spring onion tops and carrot slice or grated or pickled . And ENJOY!
