Ingredients
- 200 salmon fillet diced
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 carrots grated
- 1/4 red cabbage grated
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup edamame
- Half avodacao sliced
- Kewpie, sesame seeds, and leap manis for garnish
- Teaspoon of sesame oil , teaspoon of legal manis for salmon
Method
- Dice salmon and add sesame oil and leap manis to coat. Place in fridge for 15 min
- Cook rice, edamame, corn , grate carrot and red cabbage
- Cut taking nori into strips
- Once rice is cooked, plate rice, yaki nori and salmon followed by avocado and plate to your liking using carrot, edamame, cabbage and corn. Garnish with sesame seeds , light kewpie and leap manis
