Ingredients
- 1 tsp diced garlic
- 3 (big) onions
- 600g of chicken thighs
- 1 chunky potato
- 2 tsp of virgin olive oil
- 1 cube of butter
- Salt and pepper
- Half tsp of white sugar
- 2 tsp of rice wine
Method
- 1. Pan fry the diced garlic with oil until garlic is brown
- 2. Add thinly sliced onions in low-medium heat until fully caramelised.
- 3. Add diced chicken thighs with salt, pepper, rice wine and sugar
- 4. When chicken is half cooked, add the potato cubes and cook for couple of minutes
- 5. In a 300ml hot water, dissolve whole packet of Japanese curry cubes and add into the frying pan
- 6. Stir fry for 2 min and add water accordingly
- 7. Boil until potatoes are soft and cooked. It is important to keep stirring while boiling the curry to prevent from being burnt.
- 8. Once cooked, enjoy your Netflix and curry! Don’t forget to have it with rice :)
