Ingredients
- Hokien Noodles
- 2tsp peanut oil
- 250 pork sizzling steaks
- Oyster sauce 2 tbs
- Rice Vinegar 2tbs
- Mixed Veg to your liking
- Water chestnuts 1 can
- Garlic 2
- Light soy 4 tbs
- Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Ginger 1tsp
Method
- Marinate pork in soy, rice wine, veg oil, and ginger for 15 mins
- Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, drain and dry when ready
- Heat oil pan fry pork, add vegetables and noodles. Add sweet chilli. Cook for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
