Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Self raising gluten free flour
- Shredded Carrots and cabbage
- Oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Keypie mayo
- Corn flour
Method
- Mix eggs, veggies and flour together.
- Press mixture down like a pancake. Heat oil in a pan. Then Cook on small stove top pan tillGolden. (You’ll know when it’s ready)
- mix soy and tomato sauce. Then spread on top. Finish off with keypie mayo (of course!)
- Enjoy!
