Omelette with Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (kecup manis)
• Kewpie Mayonnaise
• Baby rocket leaves
• Cooking spray or butter
• Handful of grated cheese of your choice

Method

1. Preheat and lightly grease a small frypan or skillet and set on low heat
2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl
3. Pour eggs into pan
4. Arrange cheese and rocket evenly around
5. Once omelette is almost cooked through alternate generous stripes of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce and Kewpie Mayonnaise across the entire omelette
6. Once omelette is cooked through, turn off heat.Serve and enjoy
