Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500g mince beef
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 250g noodles
- 500g water
- Bunch bok choy finely sliced
- 3 cups of fresh veggies of choice
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
Method
- In a small bowl combine soy sauce, 2 tsp oil, hoisin sauce and mirin to make the sauce. Set aside
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a large pan add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add minced beef cook for 4 minutes, breaking up and cooking through.
- Add the sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Push the beef to the outside of the pan.
- Place the noodles in the centre and add the water.
- Place the lid on and cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn the noodles with tongs and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and toss the ingredients in the pan, cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are softened
- Serve with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion
