Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
 - 2 carrots
 - 400g beef rump, sliced
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Garlic powder, to taste
 - onion powder, to taste
 - Salt and pepper
 - 1/2 cup Frozen onion
 - 1 tsp Minced garlic
 
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and pan fry the beef
 - Add the onion then the garlic
 - Add the potato and carrot
 - Cover with water and let it simmer on medium heat until the vegetables are soft
 - Mix in golden curry cubes and let it simmer for a couple minutes
 - Serve with rice!
