Ingredients
- 2kg chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 wombok
- 500g of potatoes (peeled and halved)
- 1 packet s&b Golden Curry Mix
- 3 cups of rice
Method
- 1. In a pot, cook chicken drumsticks until there is some colour 2. Add in potatoes and cook for about 1 minute 3. Add in 2 cups of water 4. Add in Golden Curry mix and stir to combine. Leave the lid on and cook for 12 minutes 5. Add wombok and cook for another 2 minutes Serve with rice and enjoy hot!
