Ingredients
- 1 sliced onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup sliced red capsicum
- 1 sliced carrot
- 700gm Chuck steak thinly sliced
- 1 tsp baking soda (optional)
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack hakubaku organic udon noodles
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Thinly slice chuck steak and marinate in a bowl with 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp dark Soy sauce and 1 tsp baking soda. Mix and set aside.
- While the beef is marinating, Cook one pack of Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes. (per instructions on packet)
- In a large wok over medium to high heat, add remaining olive oil and sesame oil. Sauté onions and garlic for a few minutes.
- Add beef in wok with onions and garlic and continue to stir until 90% cooked.
- Add in vegetables and Hakubuku Organic Udon Noodles and mix all together.
- Add remaining dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey and mix well through.
- Take off heat and serve. Enjoy!
