Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- Furikake rice seasoning
- 2 tbsp Obento Sushi Seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 avocado (optional)
- 1/2 can of tuna (optional)
Method
- Firstly, rinse rice and cook it accordingly.
- Once rice is cooked, add Obento Sushi Seasoning and sugar. Mix rice until sugar has dissolved and the sushi seasoning is spread out.
- Add desired amount of furikake seasoning to rice and combine well.
- Use onigiri moulds to shape onigiri. Fill half way full then put avocado or tuna inside. Cover the rest with more rice.
- Alternatively, onigiri can be shaped by hand into a triangular shape.
- Eat and enjoy!
