Ingredients
- 300g tin tuna
- Kewpie mayonaise
- Lee kum kee golden soy sauce
- S&b Wasabi
- OBento Nori sheets for sushi
- OBento Rice wine
- Onion salt
- Sushi rice
- Sugar
Method
- Prepare sushi rice as instructed on packet 2 cups
- Whistles rice is cooking mix keepie Mayo and 300g well drained tuna in a bowl & cut up cucumber
- Prepare OBento Rice wine sugar blend to your desired tasted for rice seasoning add to cooked rice and stir add onion salt as extra seasoning
- Put the rice into Sushil bazooka the tuna mayo mix the cucumber then more rice on top close mold put cap on and screw down until firm release mold onto Nori sheet and role
- Cut and serve with wasabi Lee Kum Kee golden soy sauce and Kewpie mayonaise
