Ingredients
- 200g Pad Thai Noodles
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 150g Prawns (tail cut off)
- 2 tbsp Valcom Pad Thai Paste
- 1 cup Bean Shoots
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp chilli ground
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped Coriander
Method
- Cook Pad Thai noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain.
- Heat oil in pan with garlic and prawns, stir for 2 minutes.
- Add in noodles and bean shoots and combine.
- Add in Valcom Pad Thai paste, brown sugar, spring onion, fish sauce, Oyster sauce, chilli and peanuts. Combine.
- Move all ingredients to one side and add in egg, cook for a minute and then combined with all ingredients.
- Add coriander to garnish.
