- Salmons portioned
- Chilli sauce
- Pan fry salmons on a pan with a little cooking oil, until seared.
- set aside the cook salmons.
- Pan fry on the same pan, garlic until golden brown, onions until caramelised and tomatoes until tender.
- Add 2 tablespoon of chilli sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, then mix.
- Place the cook salmons on top of the sauteed tomato garnish, cook for 15 minutes more. Serve on a platter.
