Ingredients
- 150 g fresh Barramundi with skin on
- 2 tablespoons of salt flakes
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 100 g sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Obento cooking sake
Method
- Diced sweet potatoes and rub them with olive oil
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fry for 15 to 20 minutes
- Dry the fish and Marinate it with salt and cooking sake for 10 minutes
- Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan
- Put the fish skin side down into the pan for 5 minutes then turn it over for another 10 minutes until it cooks
- Now you can plate it with fresh lemon
