
Ingredients
- 500 mL water (for boiling the noodles)
- 1 pack Obap sweet potato noodles (100 grams)
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil
- 2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 pc. red onion, medium (sliced)
- 60 grams boneless and skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 60 grams beef eye fillet (thinly sliced)
- 12 pcs. frozen raw prawns, peeled, tail off, deveined
- 1 pc. carrot (sliced)
- 15 pcs. frozen baby beans
- 1 head Pak choy (sliced)
- 120 grams cabbage (sliced)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
Method
- In a large pot, boil 500 mL water. Add Obap sweet potato noodles and cook for 8 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
- Prepare and slice the meat and vegetables. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp. neutral oil over medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and red onion until soft. Add the chicken breast, beef and prawns. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the carrots, baby beans, Pak Choy and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until slightly tender. Transfer half of the cooked meat and vegetable mixture into a plate as toppings. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cooked sweet potato noodles. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper. Mix gently and cook for 3 minutes. Season to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate and add toppings. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
