Ingredients
- Obento Panko Bread Crumbs
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder1 tablespoon sweet paprika 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 EggsSplash of milkSalt and pepper Splash of milk
- 500g chicken
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl then dip chicken into breadcrumbs and pop in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in wok and gently deep fry chicken in small batches
- Heat butter and garlic in a pan and pour over chicken then sprinkle Parmesan cheese
