Ingredients
- I packet Obento Udon Noodles
- 1 tbsp Obento Mirin Seasoning
- .5 tbsp Squid brand fish sauce
- .5 tsp sesame oil
- .5 tsp black vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp chilli crisps
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- Sprinkling of black sesame seeds to serve
- Sprinkling of fried shallots to serve
Method
- Place a pot of water on to boil.
- In a bowl, mix everything apart from the noodles, the green part of the spring onions., the black sesame and the crispy shallots
- Cook the noodles in the boiling water for 2 minutes before adding to the bowl with the sauce
- Mix well and garnish with the spring onions greens, black sesame seed and crispy shallots Enjoy!.
